Here's a piece from a while back: a birthday present Naomi, actually. Very simple piano/strings, with a hint of an Enya-esque flavor to it.
In retrospect, the song wasn't incredibly powerful- but it was a very pleasant birthday surprise, and I was satisfied in giving it.
I'll see if I can't get some of my more complex pieces up, soon: and maybe some new stuff.
:: THE ART ::
This picture was done muuuuuch later than the song was, while I was just listening to it, one night. Nothing particularly crazy/unique about the character. She started out as a very young girl playing with a firefly, then she suddenly decided to sprout about 8 years.
I had fun with this'n. It's a very messy style: a bit painterly and such. Not entirely fond of the lineart, and, once again, I'm disappointed by the shading/lighting (and my inconsistent methods of doing such things), but hey- the music makes up for it.
